At  Ninety Nine 41 Leather Co., every steering wheel and interior component is handcrafted and customized to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom steering wheels, upholstery services, leather-wrapped components, and made-to-order products are considered final sale once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Custom color combinations

  • Personalized stitching selections

  • Special-order materials

  • Customer-supplied core modifications

  • Built-to-order products already in production

Core Exchange Policy

Many products require a refundable core exchange deposit.

Customers must return their original OEM core within the specified return window and in rebuildable condition. Cores that are cracked, severely damaged, modified beyond repair, or incomplete may receive a partial refund or no refund at all.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with core returns unless otherwise stated.

Non-Custom Returns

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item has not been installed

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Installation Disclaimer

Ninety Nine 41 Leather Co. is not responsible for damage caused during installation, improper handling, misuse, or modifications after delivery.
