All cores must be paid to us in advance this is $160 upfront charge before any work can be done, this money is fully refundable upon us receiving your core once you have received your new wheel in the mail. We allow 1-2 weeks maximum for core wheel return unless special cases apply for which you must reach out to us if it will be late. Per our policy we are able to keep your core fee if the follow circumstance apply (1) it has reached 30 days, (2) the core supplied is not a like-for-like wheel as the one purchased from our site.
